Pickup Details

Due to Covid-19 and to protect the health and safety of our family and other pets, we have changed the way that we conduct hedgehog pickups. Once you have scheduled your pickup date and time, we will text you to confirm the date and time and will provide you with our address (to protect our privacy, our home address is NOT published on our website). If you have not received a confirmation text within 24 hours of scheduling your pickup, please text us at 616-350-7775.

We are NOT allowing in home visits or pickups at this time, we ask that you please text or call us when you arrive at our home and we will bring your hedgehog out to you or you are welcome to come up to our porch.

If you schedule a pickup date and time and do not show up, your hedgehog will be relisted on our website and your deposit will be kept. Please let us know if you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason.
