Health Guarantee
Pins & Needles guarantees that to the best of our knowledge our hedgehogs are healthy and free from any know health issues. We take pride in raising all of our hedgehogs in our home an spoiling them until they leave here. Once our hedgehogs go to their new homes, we have no control how they will be cared for. Because of this uncertainty, our health guarantee only covers congenital problems which existed from birth. We are NOT responsible for any accidents, mistreatment, or communicable illness that your hedgehog may obtain.
If your hedgehog passes away due to a congenital health problem during the first 6 months you have him/ her, Pins & Needles will replace the animal at no cost. YOU MUST have a necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian stating the problem was congenital. ANY AND ALL vet bills are not the responsibility of Pins & Needles. The replacement of the hedgehog will be done with the next available litter, but not over- riding another person’s deposit on a hedgehog.
We also have a lifetime guarantee against Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome, again the necropsy report must state the hedgehog passed away due to WHS.
